Well, everyone in the world has a Youtube channel. I started out with my own site before Youtube existed, and figured they got it right so here I am behind the ball, but ready to make some videos to share with folks. On this channel, we will delve into so many topics that you won't get bored. Drones – Flying, pictures, videos, techniques, training, and just plain having fun. This is where it will be! Cooking – From dutch oven outdoor cooking, to crafish etouffee…I like to cook and I have a kitchen made for just that. Come join me as I show folks how to make some of the food you only find in New Orleans and thought was too hard to cook. Learn some new recipes, and share some comments on how you can improve them.
